Intentions or Actions?

January 7, 2016

Depositphotos_69419675_s-2015This time of year so many people set new goals, new intentions and new dreams in place.  Health gyms see a rise in the enrollments, medical offices see a rise in appointments to “use up” the health checks components of insurance offerings, and purchases are often made to “shore up” what is perceived to be needed “before” a goal or intention can be achieved. However, there is a critical component to be considered. Is the person who is seeking the goal taking action on the ACTUAL goal?

One of the reasons individuals and teams struggle is an actual, measurable goal or intention is not clearly defined in their mindset. Once an intention is identified, an ACTION must follow or it simply is a wishful thought. One might wish to earn the use of a company car, but without understanding the components of how much production is needed, its almost certain one will not arrive at the goal. I can hope all day to have a hot, delicious dinner, but unless I either purchase the ingredients, pay for someone else to purchase the ingredients and cook for me, or have a plan for someone to invite me to their dinner, well, I may just prepare to be hungry.

Are you ready to have your recipe for success work this year? One of the exciting parts of our company is that we do ask that you simply share the plan, that you experience the benefits of our products and let the person before you make their decision on how to accomplish their goals from the conversation.  In my previous post I explained how we’re not a direct sales company, we are not expected to maintain inventory, we are not expected to do demonstrations daily, we simply share our experience and offer the opportunity.

Are you ready to take action on your financial health? Are you ready to achieve some personal time wealth and daily life enjoyment abundance? Could you see the advantage of working with only the individuals who share common goals in their experience? Would it be important to you to know that if you share the opportunity in your business to learn more information and experience excellence in products that you can firmly know that the company stands behind you, the products, and the experience with support and expertise?

I’d say the only goal you may need to set this year is the active one….the action to find out more about how you can live your future today.  I’ll be glad to help you get started. The why’s, as they say, are real and I’ve personally experienced the success of this company. Let’s talk today.

More is Possible When You Are Ready

November 9, 2015

As the seasons change in Tennessee, I find opportunities to look around, appreciate the beauty of the seasons. During the Fall we see nature letting go of that which has served its purpose. The very trees prepare for a new season by letting go of what is spent, preparing the way for what is to come.  Business has seasons as well, just as the fall leaves are coming down, the holiday season is beginning to sprout and show up!  As the seasons change the weather changes, our clothing changes and our skin has an entirely different set of needs. November is a time of preparing, of gathering, and of remembering what is to be savored, but its also a time of new weather, new views, and fresh perspectives.

In your life perspectives, are you changing seasons, too? Are you mindful of what is serving its purpose in your life? Are you ready to become aware and let go of old practices or habits that no longer serve you? Are you looking forward to tomorrow and to the tomorrows a year from now? Sometimes in business we get comfortable in our routines, whether or not they serve our business. We get “safe” in our thinking, and stop seeking new learnings, perspectives, and activities.  It can happen slowly over time, just as the green leaves turning fall colors, but if we’re not careful, we can hold onto things in our lives that have already served their purpose.

What are you embracing this season? What are you grateful for in your business life, your personal life, your community?  What gets you excited to get going in the mornings? What are you looking forward to this day? While Fall may be a time of letting go, it is also a time of anticipation, of planning, of preparing for another season.  It’s a season of gift giving, of sharing, of gatherings and parties. It’s a time to look forward and remember the harvest of last season as well. Have you taken time to congratulate yourself on the “wins” of your summer? Did you take time to identify what the “wins” would be for this last quarter of the year? Do you have your goals personally and professionally where you can see them daily?  Most of us actively achieve our goals when we see them daily in key places such as our planners, our mirrors, and where ever it is we are daily.

Autumn has come and we’re soon to be facing the winter season. What better time is it to identify the life you want to live? To live your future today by setting goals, learning new skills and gathering with others who affirm you, by choosing to make a way, and to let go of that which didn’t work for you. Sometimes when we remove the camouflage of whatever is keeping our best days from happening, we find that by letting go of that camoflouge, we find strong branches to build upon again and we begin a new season of prosperity! Life your future today, start by identifying what isn’t working for you!

Are you limiting your options?

October 26, 2015

Amy headshotAre you limiting your options based on your experience? Each of us make decisions based on the options we are familiar with from our experiences or the experience of others we trust. Makes sense doesn’t it.  We think through what has happened in the past, or from stories we’ve heard that happened to others, and we often replay in our minds what has happened in our own past. However, what we sometimes fail to do is to research and ask questions of others about what options they have experienced, that we could learn from.

It’s hard to imagine changing careers unless you have some idea of what that might look like.

One of the reasons I appreciate the career I’ve chosen is that it allows you to begin it as as a part time option until you’re ready to go full time or you can begin it as full time career but in part time hours.  Could it be encouraging to know that you’ll have the option to work your business part time until you’re comfortable going full time? I don’t know of many opportunities that allow part timers to earn full time income or participate in multiple streams of income opportunities.

Isn’t it time to ask more about what your options for changing careers can be? Explore, educate yourself on what is out there and what that might look like for you.  If you want to know more about what I do and see if this may be a good fit for you and you a good fit for my team, call me and I’ll be glad to share with you the experience I’ve had. No one in my family had the options I now can give to others, isn’t it time to learn all your choices?
